Extension of storm sewers at eleven sites, and replacement of vitrified clay sanitary sewers at two sites. This work includes construction of 1,975m of storm sewer, 344m of sanitary sewer, 20 storm services, 15 sanitary services, 48 manholes, 7,560m2 of road rehabilitation and miscellaneous surface restoration.

Supply and install approximately 1590 metres of PVC storm sewer in sizes ranging from 250mm to 525mm, as well as approximately 820 metres of 200mm DI watermain.

Provisional work may include additional 895 metres of 250mm PVC storm sewer.

This project includes  substantial testing, removal and disposal of contaminated soils.

Supply and install 1km of 525mm, 750mm, 1050mm and 1200mm concrete storm pipe c/w catch basins, as well as,  1km of 300mm, 450mm, and 600mm sanitary sewer pipe.

Sanitary sewer pipe installation included crossing 14^th Avenue near the intersection of 18^th Street c/w casing pipe.

Installation includes large diameter pre-benched manholes and services.

Full road restoration complete with RMA’s, streetlighting, clay pavers and meandering sidewalks.
