Sandpiper Contracting LLP is a privately owned civil contracting company based in Surrey, British Columbia. Since 1991, we’ve specialized in building municipal and private infrastructure across the Lower Mainland — from watermains and road reconstructions to full subdivision developments and specialty projects like multi-use fields and design-build services.

With a fleet of heavy-duty equipment and decades of on-the-ground experience, we’ve proudly completed work for every municipality in the region, including Metro Vancouver, as well as for both large-scale developers and private clients.
